Non custom Items:
Note card sets, money envelopes and folders may be eligible for return and refund withing 30 days of your purchase, if product is returned unused and its original packaging. To initiate the return, please follow instructions below.

If you are returning for the following reasons, buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. On the return form please order number and select a reason for return:

1. I do not need the item anymore
2. I do not like the item

We will email you the return shipping label and upon receipt of the item, we will deduct return shipping and refund you the rest of the amount.

In the rare occasion if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow instructions below. On the return form please enter order number and select a reason for return: 

1. I received a defective item
   
2. I received the wrong item 
3. Item was damaged during shipping
   

We will email you the return shipping label and upon receipt of the item, we will refund you the full amount.

Custom Products
