1. Orders equal or below $100 are fulfilled and processed within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Orders between $100 and $250 are fulfilled and processed within 3 and 10 business days
3. For all order above $250, you will receive a ship out date after order placement. Although fulfillment and processing does not take more than 3 weeks, if you need an accurate date on your specific order, please reach out to us prior to placing the order.

1. If you want to return an item, please ship it back to us unused and its original packaging within 30 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it and process the return in 24 hours. Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
2.  If the item arrived damaged or defective or you have received an incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days. If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will be responsible for return shipping.
