• Prices listed on the website generally include printing and assembly, unless specified.
• All custom invitations and items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Below are the guidelines to help you order Samvadiya Cards custom wedding invitations. Based on your wedding planning timeline, please begin the invitation ordering process 6 to 4  months prior to your wedding date 

1. STANDARD PROCEDURE & TIMELINE (100 invites or less)
   (Timeline may vary with quantity)
   ​
   Step 1: Reach out to us using the contact us form or place your order via our website www.samvadiyacards.com and we will send you an order receipt confirmation.
   Step 2: For invites or cards with custom printing 1st digital proof with client's wording is ready (turnaround 1 week)
   Step 3: For invites or cards with custom printing clients feedback is due in 3 days
   Step 4: Printing and/or production begins (completion 2 weeks)
   Step 5: Confirmation is sent to the client when the order ready for shipping
   Step 6: Order is shipped via 2 to 3 day priority mail (tracked and insured)
   
2. STANDARD PROCEDURE & TIMELINE (100 invites or more)
   (Timeline may vary with quantity)
   ​
   Step 1: 50% down payment will be required to begin work
   Step 2: For invites or cards with custom printing 1st digital proof with client's wording is ready (turnaround 1 week)
   Step 3: For invites or cards with custom printing, clients feedback is due in 3 days 
   Step 4: For invites or cards with custom printing 2nd digital proof with edits is sent to the client (turnaround 1 week)
   Step 5: For invites or cards with custom printing, client approval due is in 3 days
   Step 6: Printing and/or production begins (completion 3 weeks)
   Step 7: Confirmation is sent to the client when the order ready for shipping
   Step 8: 60% final payment is due prior to shipping
   Step 9: Order is shipped via 2 to 3 day priority mail (tracked and insured)
   
   PHYSICAL PROOF
   ​Physical proof of your invitation after the two rounds of digital proofing, may be included upon request. Additional costs for production and shipping may apply.
    
3. LARGE ORDERS
   For 200 invitation sets or more, timeline may vary .
    
4. SMALL ORDERS For orders with less than 25 invitation, proofing/ graphic design charges may apply.
   
5. WEDDING PACKAGE RATES
   Wedding package rates apply for orders with 3 or more items (order size $1000 and up)

 CUSTOM INVITATIONS & PRODUCTS  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. We ship to following countries: Canada, United Kingdom,  Australia, New Zealand, India
2. As of now, all International orders are placed via our ETSY SHOP.  Occasionally you may not see all our products listed on the our Etsy Shop. In that case, please reach out to us so that we can include it there to facilitate your purchase. 
3. If applicable, custom duties for your international order will be paid by the customers.
4. Please reach out to us for shipping quote prior to placing your order.
