PLACING A ORDER
Email the product name and quantity needed. Also, let us know if you need any design changes or special motifs. Digital proof of the text will be provided in 7-10 days for your approval. Once the text is approved, invitations will be printed and shipped.
PAYMENTS
40% down payment will be requested upfront once the order is placed. All payments are requested to be paid online. Once the order is ready to be shipped, the remainder 60% payment will be requested. The order will be shipped once all payments are received.
PHYSICAL PROOF
When you are ordering wedding invitations, we will provide a physical proof which will be mailed to you. This physical proof is created after 40% downpayment and your wordings are recieved. Only after the physical proof is approved, the invitations are printed.
SHIPPING
Preferred shipping option is two day priority with insurance, until requested otherwise by the customer
TURNAROUND TIME
3-4 week. Rush order service available
